TREASURER

Jeff Bloemker has held senior management roles with several businesses and organizations throughout the Midwest. From industrial development to worldwide automotive parts distribution to behavioral health.  He has been a commercial loan officer in three states. Jeff has always been very involved in community and civic efforts. He was the mayor of Effingham, IL from 2015 - 2019 and served on the Effingham Chamber of Commerce board of directors, among several other board assignments. Jeff is currently the VP, Marketing/Commercial Loans at First State Bank & Trust. He is married to Nancy (31 years) and they raised three children.
