SECRETARY

A Williston native, Dr. Leah Hoffman joined Eckert Youth Homes in April 2019. Eckert provides residential and outpatient addiction treatment for adolescents. In her role as Clinical Director and Chief Operating Officer, she develops and oversees all aspects of substance use treatment, clinical supervision, quality and program outcomes, grant writing, and state and accreditation compliance. Dr. Hoffman is passionate about nonprofit healthcare and the role it plays in expanding access to treatment, particularly in underserved regions. She has been instrumental in navigating funding opportunities and program development to ensure high-quality, sustainable care for youth and families in need. In addition to her leadership at Eckert, Dr. Hoffman teaches graduate courses for the Addiction Counseling and Prevention Department at the University of South Dakota. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon, and their three sons.
